Julie and I had a blast at the reunion. It was great to see old friends once again. I was impressed by the work done by the reunion committee. I am glad I am so far away --- I could not help -- looked like a lot of work to me. WMHS has changed in many ways . . . . the facilities . . . the sports teams actually winning ballgames. One thing that has not changed --- the lovely people who called WMHS their home 30 years ago. May we all live to be at the 40th! Let's Plan on having it in Chicago next time!

A tremedous thank you and hugs all around to Melinda, Karen,Cindy, Chuck, Wayne and all the others who put together such a fine reunion. Also to your families for their support in your efforts to make our 30th reunion such a great success. It was wonderful to see everyone who showed and it is my greatest wish that our next reunion be attended by many, many more. A lot of people traveled a long way to play catch up on old times and new. Too bad more of the local residents didn't show. You guys missed out on a great time. Looking forward to keeping in touch until the next time we are together again. "Go Rebs!"

What a blast the reunion was! It was so good to see so many friends. Hearing Mr. Lee tell us "A Job Well Done" was a neat memory of his ending to all the announcements we heard while in high school! Hope to see everyone again at our 40th!

Hello everyone. I moved back to Louisiana right before the pandemic because folks in Florida are crazy...all of them lol. I always thought we had the market cornered on that one thing but Louisiana does not. I retired early and moved to Sterlington to live on Barthomomew Bayou and Lake. I look forward to seeing and visiting with the other survivors of WMHS 1977. We had so much fun....we were so young. See ya there.  Michael

Hey Everyone! I'm so sorry we missed the reunion. Scotty just took an executive pastor position at a church in Texas and his first time to preach there was on that Saturday night and then the 3 Sunday morning services. It sounds like things went great. I really miss everyone and hope I can see you at the next get-together. *Special thanks to the team that put everything together, I know you put your heart into it! Hope everyone is doing well, Cindy

Just ran across my old Boley Jr. High Year, yes from 1974. The year we beat WM. Jr. High 2 to zip in our last football game. Coach Kolk and Watson, after all these years still talk about that one. In fact I have the 8mm film of that game somewhere. I'm asking some of my class mates if they remerber a guy named Mike Bayles (Michael Bayles) I played football with him 3 years at Boley. Is this the same Mike Bayles listed in OUR DECEASED? If so does anybody know what happen? Oh yes, just started a new Job with the OPSO, different world than the paper industry!

HEY everyone! This is awesome, but I am sorry to say I can not make it on May 26. The daughter of my best friend for 25 years is getting married on May 26 in Austin, TX. Maybe I can make the 40 year reunion. Karen, you have done a great job with this website! I am married and live in Houston Texas where I have been a Police Officer for 21 years. I have 1 daughter, Heather who is 18 yrs old. I would love to hear from everyone.
